The "Man-O-Matic" Positioner series has been developed for those manufactureres who use batch production methods and is particularly advantageous where identical batches are repeated at intervals.
The machines axis movements are controlled by Programmable Logic Controller based unit designed to provide a simple means of controlling the machine movements.
The P.L.C. used is the Siemens 0P7. This repositions the machine axis as instructed by the operator to predetermined positions to suit the component to be welded.
